Like you, I’ve been down many paths to navigate the challenges of life and only when I turned inward did my experience change significantly.

My approach to working with clients, The Loving Pathway, was born out of my own journey of learning to love myself and cultivating an embodied sense of love and worthiness. To this day, it continues to enable me to consciously create the life I want to live.

The Loving Pathway

is inspired by the following 6 principles upon which my work rests:

Innate Wisdom

My work recognises that your innate inner wisdom is self-guiding and self-adjusting, and supports you to unfold toward wholeness.

Rather than imposing my own agenda, I support your natural process of revealing your wholeness and trust that this is the direction your being will naturally take.

Love

Love is a profound way of being that offers unconditional holding. In our work together, you’ll be met with an embodied sense of love which creates an environment that supports you to move towards loving kindness and compassion for yourself and those around you.

Safety

I am attuned to your moment-to-moment experience in each session, and consistently hold the intention and responsibility for tending to the therapeutic relationship. Through being compassionate, responsive, transparent, and predictable, I communicate the availability of secure attachment.

I acknowledge the way that social location and power differences impact your felt sense of safety and aim to reduce the inherent power-imbalance of the therapeutic relationship by using invitational language and the offering of choice when working together.

I recognise that the ultimate source of wisdom and change is within you.

Wholeness

You are whole, composed of different parts. In my work with you all parts are welcomed. I acknowledge that each part of you has served a unique function in your existence and has supported you up to this point in your life.

Instead of confronting the parts that might have served a protective function my approach offers opportunities to befriend and support those parts of you. Often when those parts feel genuinely heard and seen, they tend to naturally soften, possibly revealing innate wisdom and supporting further inner exploration.

Embodiment

Embodiment means experiencing yourself moment to moment, without the judgement or interpretation of your thinking mind.

In our work together, you’ll have opportunities for embodiment through somatic practices as well as Spinal Energetics, thereby honouring your body-mind connection.

Presence

Presence is a state of non-judgemental awareness. In our sessions together, you’ll be met from this place which fosters explorations of unconscious patterns that might have otherwise been inaccessible.
